How can I become a member?

Every Maruti Suzuki car owner is eligible for enrolment as a member of the
Maruti Suzuki AutoCard Rewards Programme. All it takes are these simple steps
Step1 - Fill out the Maruti Suzuki Card Application Form specifying
Name of the Applicant
Date of Birth
Address
Contact details
Vehicle chassis Number
Vehicle Registration number
Step2 - Attach the requisite documents with your Application Form
If you are applying at the workshop or Maruti Suzuki Authorised Service Station
Copy of Registration Certificate
Copy of Insurance papers
Driver's License or any other Photo ID
Service Invoice if purchased less than 90 days ago
If you are applying at the Showroom:
Copy of Insurance papers
Driver's License or any other Photo ID
Sales Invoice if purchased less than 90 days ago
Where the customer cannot furnish PAN details, the following documentations is additionally required
The customer has to fill out Form 60 attached with the Application Form Along with Form 60, the customer must furnish proof of residential address; this address must tally with the address provided in the Application Form and in Form 60
